Renovation & Fit-out Design
Read what is there. Design what should change.
Renovation begins with the space as it exists: dimensions, openings, services and elements worth keeping. We prioritize changes and develop a design for discussion and pricing, identifying what needs on-site verification before construction.
Let’s discuss this service
How we develop the work
Understand the existing space
Photos, drawings and dimensions help us identify opportunities. Estimated information stays clearly identified until it is verified on site.
Changes with a purpose
We review circulation, storage, lighting and use, distinguishing essential improvements from choices that could be phased.
